Popular artists like Lady Gaga and Justin Bieber are top choice for Holloween costumes this year.

NBC's Today show has hinted that pop culture will dominate this years Halloween and artists like Lady Gaga and Justin will be the top picks.The show's casts, Meredith Vieira dressed up as Lady Gaga and Natalie Morales showed up as Justin Bieber.

Lady Gaga's infamous meat dress has been recreated by a New York Steakhouse and it is being offered at a price tag of $100,000. The meat costume is made of 112 pounds of raw meat, including a steak hat and filet mignon shoes.


Is lady gaga cool enough to be cool? Or was it all lost after that show with Semi Precious Weapons. 
But one the other hand, she's beaten justin bieber to 1 billion views. What are we applauding exactly? :D
